The brief
A property developer with new homes to sell, and nothing that looked like one company. A logo here, a brochure there. None of it looked like the same business. He thought fixing it would cost £10k or more.
What I built
I built the whole thing from the ground up. First the brand: colours, type and tone, used the same way on the website, the emails and the ads. Then a website built to sell the vision to buyers, not to win awards. Email sequences that follow up every buyer enquiry without anyone having to remember to. And Meta ads in front of the right people, built to bring in property enquiries, not likes. I've carried on since with design work across brochures and other assets.
