Real work. Real results.
Onboarding automation for a professional services firm.
New clients used to mean paperwork and data entry. Here's the system that ended it.
Every new customer started the same way. Paperwork.
An ingestion form, a contract, a scan of both.
Professional Services Client Onboarding
- A beautiful staged form, signed and done in one sitting
- Team notified the second it happens, appointment already confirmed
- The CRM fills itself: no re-typing, no misreads, no typos
- 25 hours of typing saved every month at 50 clients
- And it scales: at 300 clients a month it's most of a full-time job
Professional Services Client Onboarding
The short version.
The brief
A professional services firm started every new client the same way: paperwork. An intake form, a contract and a scan of both. Then someone typed it all into the CRM by hand, one field at a time. Half an hour per client, with around 50 new clients a month.
What I built
I got rid of the typing. All of it. New clients now sign on through a staged form that looks the part, with the contract signed in the same sitting. The team gets a notification the second it happens, with the details that matter and the appointment already confirmed. And the CRM fills itself. No re-typing, no misreads, no typos.
The result
Half an hour of admin per client, gone. At 50 clients a month that's 25 hours of typing back every month, close to a full working week. Clients are signed, booked and confirmed in one sitting. And the saving scales: at 300 clients a month it would be most of a full-time job.
