The brief
The ask was more leads. So I looked at what actually happened after someone clicked. Their form did one thing: it sent an email. Name, email, message, then silence. Someone had to chase every enquiry by hand. Sometimes days later. Sometimes not at all.
What I built
I could have made the form prettier, but it would have been the same dead end. So I rebuilt the whole thing. The new form is staged and personalised, saves as you go and tells you how long is left. Every lead lands in their CRM tagged and scored, then goes straight to the right broker with a custom brief. Two-way WhatsApp answers the customer's own questions, even at 9pm on a Sunday. And the richer lead data feeds their Meta ads, so the spend chases higher-value clients.
The result
Form completion went from 50% to 72%. £800 a month in ad spend turned into £9,000 in converted value. And around 20 hours a week of chasing went back to the brokers.
